Product Description
N48 Neodymium Magnet 1/8 in x 1/16 in Disc: A Powerful and Durable Rare Earth Magnet
N48 Neodymium Magnets 1/8 inch x 1/16 inch Rare Earth Magnet Disc
Neodymium magnets are the world's strongest permanent magnets, offering an incredibly powerful magnetic field in a compact size. Applied Magnets offers some of the highest quality neodymium magnets available, with consistent performance and competitive pricing. The key factors that determine the strength of a neodymium magnet are the magnetic grade and the size/dimensions. The Neodymium magnet magnetic grade is denoted by the letter 'N' followed by a number, with higher numbers indicating stronger magnets. For example, N48 and N52 are two of the strongest commercially available neodymium magnet grades.
- N48 grade neodymium magnets, which are among the strongest rare earth magnets on the market. These are significantly stronger than lower grade magnets like N35, N38, N40, N42, N45, etc.
- N48 neodymium magnets have a maximum energy product (BrMax) of 14200 gauss, making them extremely powerful for their size.
- The N48 magnets are 1/8 inch x 1/16 inch in size and have an approximate pull force of over 0.9 lb.
- The magnets are triple-layer coated with nickel-copper-nickel for maximum durability and corrosion resistance.
- Magnetized through the Thickness.
Neodymium magnets are made from neodymium, iron, boron, and other minor elements. They are light weight, heavy duty and highly powerful, they are widely used in applications across various industries, including craft magnets, scientific and educational, promotional magnets, home improvement, hobby, DIY projects, finding studs, fishing magnets, magnetic door latches and catches, magnetic cell phone holders and mount, welding magnets, holding, hanging objects, retrieving or removing metal, magnetic pickup tools, keyrings, knife holders, magnetic tool bars, magnetic resonance imaging systems, magnetotherapy, audio equipment, lifting small or large loads, permanent magnet motors, and wind energy.

Tiny little Magnets
These are good magnets for their size, I do wish they had more of a pull though, they are still good enough for what I’m using them for
